Any order of a custom or engraved item is a final sale.
To resize an eternity ring, the piece requires complete remanufacturing; please be advised that this can add up to 10 business days to your exchange/sizing processing time.
A standard $45.00 handling/processing fee applies to all merchandise received in our facility for return, exchange, or service. Merchandise received at our location that is ineligible for return, exchange, or service under our policy as detailed here will be returned at the customer's expense.
Merchandise returned to our facility for refunds or exchanges must be undamaged and in unused condition. Items showing obvious signs of excessive wear, intentional damage or tampering, or alteration by a jeweler other than Eternity Rings and Bands will not be accepted. All certified diamonds must also be accompanied by the original paperwork including the laboratory grading report, or a $150 charge will apply. All sales of custom orders and engraved merchandise are final.
