The shipping time estimates provided below indicate transit time only, which measured from the time a shipment is taken into FedEx's possession and leaves our facility. All of the jewelry offered by Eternity Rings Platinum is made to order, and our jewelers begin work on a piece within one business day after your payment clears; please observe the required processing time for your item, which is stated on each product's page, when choosing the transit time of your shipping method.

Alternate Shipping Addresses:
To ensure the security or your fine jewelry purchase, it is our strict policy that the shipping address for your order must match the billing address on file with your credit card's issuing bank. If using a different address is necessary, you may simply call your card issuing bank to add an additional address or temporarily change your billing address, and call to change it back to the address you prefer once your order has been processed.

Domestic Shipping:
Eternity Rings Platinum proudly offers FedEx Three-Day Express free on all orders with U.S. destinations. Other methods of expedited delivery are available at the rates below. Please note the processing time for your order as specified in the product information when choosing the speed of your shipping method.

Every package from Eternity Rings Platinum requires an adult signature to complete delivery. If an adult is not available at the delivery address to sign for your item, the package will be held at your local FedEx facility for pickup or scheduled re-delivery. Please be aware that all packages, once shipped, cannot be recalled or re-routed.

Saturday Delivery of Domestic Shipments: To receive expedited FedEx shipments on a Saturday, an additional fee of $25.00 for FedEx Saturday delivery in addition to the $19.99 two day shipping fee or the $39.99 priority overnight shipping fee is required. If you do not select this delivery option and the extra charge it incurs, expedited shipping times are calculated in business days.

Canadian Shipping Information:
For orders shipping to destinations in Canada, we offer FedEx International Economy and FedEx International Priority shipping, which includes full insurance of every package. All packages require an adult signature in order to be delivered. Please be advised that all packages, once shipped, cannot be recalled or re-routed.
