Returns and Exchanges

If you are returning or exchanging any merchandise,

Under the return/exchange policy of Eternity Rings Platinum, all non-custom and non-engraved merchandise purchased from our site can be returned to our facility for a refund, exchange, or resizing within 30 days of the date your order was shipped. A standard $45.00 handling/processing fee is assessed for every item that returns to our facility for refunds, exchanges, sizing, or any other purpose.

To return or exchange your platinum eternity band, and follow the instructions for sending your merchandise in. Please pack your item securely in a box designed for mailing, and enclose any other materials and documents that were received with the original shipment. All carriers provide suitable boxes and other packing materials at their mailing locations. We can assume no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit before reaching our facility, so we strongly advise insuring your shipment and using a guaranteed shipping method that includes delivery confirmation, tracking, and a signature requirement. The cost to ship your item with insurance will vary depending on the carrier and the particular value of your item.

Your item should arrive in our office in 2-10 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

The platinum rings we offer are designed to exceed the industry standard with top-quality gems and metals, and each item is subject to a rigorous inspection prior to shipment. We stand behind every item, and all of our jewelry is guaranteed to be delivered to your door free of any manufacturer defects. Should you ever experience any trouble with your jewelry, please follow the instructions above to return it to our offices for inspection. If the issue is due to structural defects, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. If the damage is due to normal wear and tear, then our offices will repair your jewelry for an extremely competitive rate plus $45.00 to cover shipping/handling/processing. You may also return your jewelry to our offices for cleaning, polishing and prong-tightening for life.

All sales of custom or engraved merchandise are final.

Resizing an eternity ring requires complete remanufacture of the entire piece; please note that this can add up to 10 business days to your exchange/sizing processing time.

A standard $45.00 handling/processing fee applies to all merchandise received in our facility for return, exchange, or service. Merchandise received at our location that is ineligible for return, exchange, or service under our policy as detailed above will be returned at the customer's expense.

All merchandise sent for return or exchange must be undamaged and in unused condition or will not be accepted. Items showing obvious signs of excessive wear, intentional damage or tampering, or alteration by a jeweler other than Eternity Rings Platinum will not be accepted. Returns and exchanges of all items containing certified diamonds must also be accompanied by the original paperwork including the laboratory grading report, or a $150 charge will be assessed. All sales of custom items and engraved merchandise are final.
